I need an awesome CHM help maker

Hi

I need an awesome CHM help maker - price range $0 - $100, or more if they're really really good.

Something that goes beyond HTML Help Workshop...  Anyone with ideas?

Need to produce a help file for a client/server app.

Free Tool: Path Explorer

An intuitive utility to help find the CSS path to UI elements on a webpage. These paths are used frequently in a variety of front-end development and QA automation tasks.

One of a set of tools we're offering as a way of saying thank you for being a part of the community.

Thanks for the suggestions. Have come across Help Maker and Help Scribble - currently exploring them.

In the end, I'm going with Help Maker.  For something free, it's very good :-)
