Migrating from one domain to another

I have a windows 2003 domain with an OU filled with users in an Exchange 2003 environment.  We are going to spin off this division and I want to export the OU and then import into a brand new forest with Exchange.  I seem to recall a migration tool from Microsft.  Any suggestions?
