Urgent Reading value from text

Hi i have the following extract of text within a document and i need to read the value of the height attribute only i.e the value between the quote marks

archive="twviewer.jar"
code="com.easypano.tw.TWViewer.class"
name="TWViewer"
width="680"
height="500"
hspace="0"
vspace="0"align="left">

how can i read just this height value when there could be differnet text layouts

i.e.

height="300"
height = "450"
height   =    "400"
height =
    "300"
