Hello,

If you say "it is still there" can you open this folder???
Do you see mails in it, or is it simple there in the folder browser??

Greetings, Jyotikadian !

1. Start Outlook in Safe Mode and delete the personal folder.  Go to Start > Run and type

"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe" /safe

Your path to Outlook.exe may be a little different.

Best wishes!

If none of the previous suggestions are working, create a new Outlook Profile

Thank u all , my problem has been solved .
FYI...........
The problem was with outlook profile - for that i deleted  the following reg folder, HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-634*****-**********-**********-****\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging subsystem\Profile.(stars will be numbers - diifferent on each machine)
Restart outlook, enter the new profile name, close outlook, replace the pst, start outlook, problem solved
