When a call to Navigate(URL), sometimes I get a security alert:

You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure.
The information you are sending...do you wish to continue?

To get rid of  "Security Alert" dialogs in IWebBrowser try to use IWebBrowser2::Silent Property (IWebBrowser2::put_Silent(TRUE))

http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/browser/webbrowser/reference/ifaces/iwebbrowser2/silent.asp
