ORA-09925: Unable to create audit trail file
What are the causes and the fix?

$ sqlplus '/as sysdba'

Check the permisions on the AUDIT_DEST folder. it's nomally set to $ORACLE_HOME\rdbms\audit.

Also check if there is sufficient space.
