When I download it, where should I put it? Desktop and run "Regsvr32 msstdfmt.dll"
Acronis True Image 2019 just released!

Create a reliable backup. Make sure you always have dependable copies of your data so you can restore your entire system or individual files.

put it in c:\windows\sytem32.

If that doesnt work, download http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Filemon.html ,
and run teh app. There is a filter button at the top, and you can use the "Highlight" to filter msstdfmt.dll, and from the results it will tell you it is not found in " " .
