Unable to resolve this error after removing and re-installing main program AA 6.0prof and all updates 6.01 to 6.05. I went through add remove and under change installed all updates again just in case and in order i.e 1 -5. Still getting error. Cam across and tried solution of re-naming papermetadata file to papermetadata.api.inactive<wbr /> but now when run word to pdf convert get same error only now says papermetadata.api.inactive<wbr />.api error. &nbsp;Document is however converted to pdf the message only appearing after the convert process. &nbsp;How can I clear this message ? &nbsp;
