error: There was an error while loading plug-in 'PaperMetaData.api' the plug failed to initialize

Unable to resolve this error after removing and re-installing main program AA 6.0prof and all updates 6.01 to 6.05. I went through add remove and under change installed all updates again just in case and in order i.e 1 -5. Still getting error. Cam across and tried solution of re-naming papermetadata file to papermetadata.api.inactive but now when run word to pdf convert get same error only now says papermetadata.api.inactive.api error.  Document is however converted to pdf the message only appearing after the convert process.  How can I clear this message ?
