Monitor web access

Ok i have been looking all over for something to monitor what pages users are going to.
1. I want to know what pages user John Does is going to daily
2. I want to be able to access this data for months not just daily
3. Real time monitoring would be nice

I have a ASA5510 setup thats logging all my http traffic and reporting to a syslog server.  Maybe ths could help
I could also redirect all traffic to a span port if needed and maybe pull the info fromtha
I have no proxy server to pull info from

Hey,

Steve, you could block all access on your firewall except from the proxy IP, (and VPN etc) that way if they remove the proxy they get no internet.....
