No Resource Tab or IRQ?

OS = Windows XP Home.  PC has a Nvidia ethernet adapter.  I was looking for a resource conflict in an attempt to solve an internet access issue.  The adapter is listed in Device Manager but on its Properties screen there is no Resources tab.   On the General Tab its says the device is working properly and it is enabled.  I went to Computer Management (under Administrative Tools). Clicked once on Device Manager. Clicked View > Resources by connection > expanded Interrupt Request (IRQ), could not see the Nvidia NIC on the list.  I'm dazed and confused.  I checked another XP Home PC and it's ethernet adapter (Intel) showed up on the IRQ list in Computer Management and there was a Resource tab in it's Properties screen.
