Component Palette

I'm thinking about implementing a framework for forms in my RatScript IDE. I'd then need the same sort of functionality as Delphi, namely a forms designer. To this end I'd need an Object Inspector (found one on Torry) and a component palette. So my questions are :-

1. Does anybody know of any free ware for such a component?

2. If not, then from what components is the Delphi Palette made?

2. I don't what it's made of.
But it could be done with PageControl and Toolbars on each page

Yes, that's quite clear. But it has to be persistant as well!

1) It's part of the Jedi components. See http://homepages.borland.com/jedi/jvcl/

2) If you download WinSpy from http://www.codeproject.com/threads/winspy/winspy_app.zip then you'll have a simple tool that tells you which windows controls an application uses. Borland has created it's own components for it's own component palette and isn't sharing this one...

TAppBuilder           Delphi 5 - ide
TDockPanel
TComponentPaletteTabControl
TPanel               for the big arrow at the beginning
   TPageScroller
TPalette             for the list of icons

gives one a start I suppose. I'll look into the rest at the weekend.
