SBS Default AD Containers

I have just taken over a sbs 2003 server (standard).  There are some problems with directory sync where the "My Documents" has been redirected to the server and then synced with the workstation.

What I have noticed is that there are several places where users exisit in AD.  There is an OU created specificlly for the business "CompanyABC; and an OU created for the company by the SBS Server called "My Business".

I suspect that the policies handling SBS's redirection, computer accounts etc ativities are under the sbs default OU "My Business" and the reason some of the redirections are not working is becuase the users were not created using the sbs wizards which take advantage of the built int AD Ous and polciies associated with them.

My questions are:

1- is there a good document discussing how the sbs user/computer cretation process should be done
2 - can I move all the users under one OU (assume the My Business)
3- can I rename the sbs default ou to match the company name.
