Terminal Server Loopback

I am not the best with GPOs...

Here is my question. I have a terminal server with a highly restrictive GPO. When the remote users logon everything is cool. When I logon as the Admin the same policy is applying to me i.e. no desktop icons etc:

I want this policy to only apply to my remote users and not the administrators. when the administrators logon they should have no restrictions.

For the loopback I get the same effect if I have it set to "merge" and "replace" as well. Any suggestions?
