Syncing Entourage with Address Book and iCal

I am able to drag and drop my contacts into Addressbook and I can sync it that way eventhough that is a bit inconvenient.  I cannot sync Entourage Calendar to iCal at all.  I am trying to do all this so I can use iSync and synchronize all of this to my cell phone.

I also posted a question here regarding a bluetooth problem.

Any help with this would greatly be appreciated!

Unless you're using an Exchange server I would recommend using Apple Mail, Address Book and iCal instead of Entourage, if that's what works with your phone, then you won't have to sync with multiple programs. However, if you are using an Exchange server, you can actually sync Mail, Contacts and Calendar wirelessly from the Exchange server and continue using Entourage for everything as long as your phone supports Exchange ActiveSync. But I'm not sure what phone you're using or mail server. As far as a mail program goes, Apple Mail is a decent mail program, but the Exchange support isn't as nice as Entourage.

Hope that helps a little... let me know if I can offer any additional advice.

Jamie, believe it or not I decided to slowly switch to Apple Mail.  I am playing with it to see if I will regret it.  Right now, I am having to drag and drop my contacts from Entourage to Apple AddressBook in order to Sync it with my phone. (Nokia 6681)

I am guessing Exchange Server needs to run on a Windows Server and pretty costly also.

By the way, when I connect my phone and my laptop via bluetooth I can send and receive files, but I am not able to create folders using Browse Device and I cannot see the folder structure.  Any ideas on this?

Thank you very much for your help thus far.
I don't think you'll regret using Apple Mail, it's a decent mail program, the only reason I use Entourage is for Exchange support... you are correct, Exchange runs on a Windows server and is costly! Once you have all of your contacts in Address Book, you should be all set...

Not being familiar with the phone, it's hard to say. All I can suggest is make sure the firmware and software are up to date on all.
