I have noticed the administrator account has several messages in the inbox. After further review, I see that aside from "mailbox limit excedded" there are NDR's that indicate that the administrator account is trying to send to bogus email addresses in my domain and are being kicked back to that account. This would explain why I see so many in the ESM. What I need to know is, is there a way to disable the administrator account from sending email at all? It also explains why the filters are being bypassed. (Cant block recepient that is in the same domain) So what can I do? I have changed the admin pass that it is still happening.
