my OLD Forum is : 3.5.3 now i want install 3.6.0 !!!

Did you follow the upgrade instructions  which are included in the vbulletin 3.6.0 ?

Is there any hacks installed in your old vb version?

1 ) i remove my OLD SQL DB, i cant remember it .. ( but im not remove my OLD FORUM files ) that mean my old forum not work now for upgrade !
but before removing SQL i get FULL Back up

and no im not still any HACKS !!!
