SSL enabled OWA client on Exchange 2003 SP 2

I have SSL setup correctly and running, but when a user logs in and the inbox is displaying a new message in thier browser they are prompted with a box that reads this page contains unsecure information would you like to display that as well.  The entire web site, as it is the only one on this server is secured with SSL and is only handling OWA.  Is this normal or did I miss a setting?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
