Dell wireless with LEAP not initializing

I have a new mobile lab of Dell Latitude D610s with Dell wireless 1370 builtin cards.  They are connecting to a Cisco Aironet 1200 AP.

The Issue:
The laptops part of a domain.  I use the Dell Wireless Utility to setup the LEAP protocol and to have it ask for username and password at startup using Window Logon Screen.  Most of the computers tell me that the "...Domain XXXX is not available".  I am almost possitive that it is something not initializing at boot and not a problem with the AP.

Some computers work but most do not.  They were all imaged from the same image and are running XP with all updates and the latest drivers and software from Dell.

Has anyone heard of this problem with this hardware?
