We are using Outlook 2003 and schedule frequent meetings with multiple attendees. Finding times when all invitees are available can be tedious at best. <br />

Is there a way that I can provide the list of invitees, the amount of time I need them for, and have Outlook find me the first time slot on when all of them are available at the same time?<br />

For example, I need:<br />

John Smith<br />
Amy Grant<br />
Bob Johnson<br />
Trudy Walsh<br />
Eric Brady<br />
<br />
and I need them for an hour meeting. I want Outlook to go find the first time that they all have a free hour at the same time, without me having to slide a scroller bar back and forth trying to find it manually.<br />
