Scheduling Meetings with Outlook 2003
We are using Outlook 2003 and schedule frequent meetings with multiple attendees. Finding times when all invitees are available can be tedious at best.
Is there a way that I can provide the list of invitees, the amount of time I need them for, and have Outlook find me the first time slot on when all of them are available at the same time?
For example, I need:
John Smith
Amy Grant
Bob Johnson
Trudy Walsh
Eric Brady
and I need them for an hour meeting. I want Outlook to go find the first time that they all have a free hour at the same time, without me having to slide a scroller bar back and forth trying to find it manually.
Thanks
