Need Help

I published my website through godaddy via http and the only problem is the order form. When you hit submit (rather the getting a defualt confirmation page) I get

"FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page."

I have tried everything...when I edit the page through  explorer with frontpage editor and save to my disk web, then republish it works BUT the borders don't show up
the frontpage extension are installed on the godaddy asp server
thanks for any help... michiganappraisal.com see for yourself

To make that form work properly the server must have FrontPage Server Extensions  installed.

To install server extensions at Go Daddy click here:   http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?article_id=50&topic_id=&&

Hope this Helps

DanHarkey,

I did go to that site and the error said something about installing FrontPage extensions not being installed

The page says:

   --  FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.
Looks like you have solved your problem. I didnot get any error when I submitted the orderform. It told,

Form Confirmation
Thank you for submitting the following information.
>>>It lists outs all what I entered
The problem was with godaddy

I am glad that you resolved your problem
Yes. That is what rrbad was telling.
Actually I remember running lavasoft and it worked after that.. I don't know for sure if godaddy fixed the problem on there side after a week of trying everything to publish, because the frontpage extension were activated on there server..I installed & reinstalled them several times. Do you think lavasoft had anything to do with it, if so why or did godaddy  fix something at there end beyond me activating the frontpage extensions..
