Any read/write conflict worries with OleDb and Access

Hi,

I've had lots of experience using OleDb to read and write to Access and SQL Server.  But up until now I have not needed to have two programs of mine writing to the same table at the same time.

Should I expect any problems doing this with Access?  Must I use SQL Server to be able to do this safely and reliably?

Thanks,
Bob
