"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

right click my computer > manage > disk management

right click the volume you want to KEEP and select break mirror.

Yes :)
The above will work, but if your goal is to have an exact replica of the system disk (so you can boot from it, e.g.), then do not "break mirror" in disk management. That will make the second disk unbootable. Instead, simply shut the system down and physically unplug the second disk. You can then boot from the first disk, and select break mirror in disk management, etc.
