New mail only shows in OWA but not inbox

Good evening friends,
I have just completed moving all users (qty24) from an old server win2ke-1 on to a new one W2ke-2 but I have a problem as far as emails not making it to a users inbox on there local PC but emails sent to any user can only be seen in OWA but not there inbox.

I moved the users email boxes from server1 to server2 and also I would not have to deal with the firewall settings (firewalls are a pain for me) I just changed the iP address on server2 to the ip address of server1 and of course changed to address of server1 to somethin else to continue email delievery. and also made the changes on DCHP & DNS settings

I also imported the SSL certificate to server2.

I need to get this fixed before business on monday morning.

Thanks,

Mike

If mail is showing up in OWA, then it has hit the mailbox, so this is a client issue.

Have you tried creating a new outlook profile?  That would be the first place I would start.

Also, is this all users on all machines?

Greetings:

Try checking the view of the messages, or check to see if there is a filter set on the outlook client.

--Remove a view filter
On the View menu, point to Arrange By, and then click Custom.
Click Filter.
Click Clear All.

--Reset a standard view
Show All
Hide All
On the View menu, point to Arrange By, point to Current View, and then click Define Views.
In the Views for folder folder name box, click the view you want to change back to its original settings.
Click Reset.
Note  If the Reset button is unavailable, you may have selected a custom view or a standard view that has not been customized.

Hi,

You might want to look at some of the Outlook switches such as outlook.exe /cleanviews.
