toolstrip for ASP.NET

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a toolstrip type control that could be inserted into an ASP.NET page.  I'm thinking of text formatting toolstrip that is with such programs like AIM chat windows and yahoo's email programs.  Is there something like that already built for .NET or will i have to make my own?  thanks!
