Combo box functionality in Reporting Services

I have an input parameter who's source is based off a stored proceedure.  In the parameter section of the report a combo box displays the text but passes the selected ID, no problem there.  I added the stored procedure as a data source for the report (I called the source RegionCombo which has a union select added item 0,'<Show All>').  However, on the Report itself I want the selected parameter printed on the header, but obviously I want the text, not the ID number.  In Access I just add a combo box to the report and hide column 0.  How do I pull this off in Reporting Services.
