Ok so i have 2 colo'd servers, and apparently the provider has given me authority over the ips i "rent"

here is my NS records (i shortened it for space):

$ttl 38400
phre.net.      IN      SOA      phre.net. root.phre.net. (
                  2006091201
                  10800
                  3600
                  604800
                  38400 )
                IN      TXT "v=spf1 a mx ptr a:phre2.phre.net, a:phre1.phre.net ~all"
            IN      NS      ns.phre.net.
            IN      NS      ns1.phre.net.
            MX      10       mail.phre.net.
ns      IN      A      69.10.142.133
ns1      IN      A      209.97.207.183

but i get this in a glue report...

ns1.phre.net.:
Parent server (b.gtld-servers.net) says A record is 69.10.142.133, but
authoritative DNS server (69.10.142.132) says it is 209.97.207.183
ns.phre.net.:
Parent server (b.gtld-servers.net) says A record is 69.10.142.132, but
authoritative DNS server (69.10.142.132) says it is 69.10.142.133
ns.phre.net.:

What is wrong here....the ISP is telling me i have the wrong NS records on my end.
