I am going to be setting up a secure VPN tunnel from several remote offices to our corporate headquarters. I have never done this before so I am looking for some guidance.
We have close to 80 remote locations currently connected to the corporate office via from relay using Adtrans Netvanta 3200's both at the remote locations and here at the corporate office. We are in the process of installing DSL at the remote locations to replace the frame and a DS3 here at the corporate office. Once the DSL is installed at the sites I will unplug the Adtran from the frame relay connection and plug it into the DSL modem. Then what? Obviously I will need to change the IP on the outside interface, but what else? There will be a new Adtran 3200 plugged into the DS3 at the corporate office so I will have to establish a brand new VPN tunnel.
I have never set up a site to site vpn before. Our current frame relay set up is managed by SBC so I never have to touch it.
