I downloaded IEURLLOCK but now it wont run the gpedit.msc file. It worked before What am I doing wrong now?

hey guys,. per someones recomendation on here i downloaded ieurllock to my computer.  the first time i downloaded it and ran the gpedit.msc file it worked fine.  then i had a problem with the computer and had to reinstall the os.  I've downloaded sp2 as well.  but now when i download the urllock program it blocks all sites initially like its supposed to but i can't get the gpedit.msc file to open to configure which sites i want to allow.  Can anyone shed some light on this?  The site is http://ieurllock.sourceforge.net/ if you want to look at the instructions.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Oh yeah i'm using ie7 but it also didn't work on this computer with ie6

Danielwebb,

I'm still interested to know if manually opening the group policy editor solved your problem.
