right so the default is 7 days. &nbsp;How does anyone feel about leaving that set-up for like -- 400 days?? so it saves deleted items for over a year - for posterity -- or is that a serious nightmare?

If people are emptying their deleted items folders in their outlook(s); is that deleting the mail permanently? Or does it go to some special place on the server where at some later date we can retrieve the items?<br />
