Using alias for two documentroot

Hi I have documentroot default to htdocs
I need to use another for Bugzilla.

I tried using alias command like this:

DocumentRoot "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs"

Alias /bugzilla C:/bugzilla
<Directory C:/bugzilla>
    Order allow, deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>

But this gives ERROR in starting apache2

ERROR:

C:\>net start apache2
The Apache2 service is starting.
The Apache2 service could not be started.

A service specific error occurred: 1.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3547.

(I dont want to setup a virtual host, so is there any way I can avaoid that)

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
