My company is about to start offering an online backup service (powered by NovaStor) and I am looking for a simple way to back up &quot;small&quot; exchange server 2003 implementations. &nbsp;Basically what I need to know is what I need to backup and how I need to back it up. &nbsp;Can I just copy the folder containing the data (MDBDATA)? &nbsp;Do I need to run a special backup program?<br />

My company is about to start offering an online backup service (powered by NovaStor) and I am looking for a simple way to back up "small" exchange server 2003 implementations.  Basically what I need to know is what I need to backup and how I need to back it up.  Can I just copy the folder containing the data (MDBDATA)?  Do I need to run a special backup program?

Remember, the systems that I manage usually have fewer than 10 users.
