I want to get the MAC or and Computer name of systems connected to ports on a Catalist Switch 3550

I'm at a new site and we have 2 Cisco Catalist 3550 switchs with all the ports being used, but no cable labels for any of the cat 5 connections to the ports. I want to get the MAC address or and Machine Name of all devises connected to the ports on these switches, in this way I can go into Active Directory and figure out who's computer goes to what port. I can get into the swtich with a console cable and I only only have limited access, I can get to the enable prompt, Can anyone help ?

Thank you,
DSterling
