I have recently migrated over from Exchange 2003(SP1) to Exchange 2003(SP1). I ran through the article for removing the first exchange server from your tree and successfully completed all points. I then successfully moved all mailboxes across to the new 2003 box. I then replicated the public folders and left it over the weekend. On Monday 90% of public folders had replicated, i left it for a week but the remaining folders still show local modified. The only error showing in event viewer is 9098 MSExchangeSA The MAD monitoring thread was unable to read its config from DS 0x8000ffff.<br />

I have rebooted both servers in an attempt to force sync but to no avail. I just find it strange that it will replicate the majority but not all?

Some public folders replicate but not all??
