for your information it is a windows SBS2003

That's from McAfee Virus Scan.  What version do you have installed on your SBS?

Well, the quickest and easiest thing to do would be to uninstall it and reinstall... troubleshooting could take much longer.

Could you kindly explain why you gave a grade of C?  Your question was that you wanted to know what the error was and how to fix it.  I provided you with that information and if that was not what you were looking for, then you certainly could have followed up with a response other than "I NEED TO KNOW WHY IT IS DOING THAT?".
