OS API call to yield to the next process

I am researching a small operating system, visopsys on how it works,
the source code can be downloaded here:
http://visopsys.org/files/visopsys/visopsys-0.63-src.zip

The Visopsys kernel API is broken into different functional areas:
http://visopsys.org/developers/kernel_API.html

May I know
In which functional area would I expect to find the OS API call to yield to the next process?
