Ok. Here's what I am looking to do:
I have an Outlook task list. I create the tasks, and when the reminders come up, I would like to have the reminder not only notify me, but also notify other users responsible for completing the task.
I know that I can assign the task to another user. Unfortunately, however, I do not get any updates unless the user updates their tasks. I would much rather just make sure that they get a reminder, via email, of the task that is coming due on MY task list.
Anyone know of any add-in (or app that integrates with Outlook) that allows assinging email addresses to each individual task, and that's where the reminders FOR THAT TASK go? I have found some that allow me to enter multiple email addresses, but they work for ALL tasks.. and I want each task to have a different set of email addresses to remind to.
