Switch powered by POE

I am wiring up a conference and would like to put a 4-8 port switch on each table. We are already going to have a Cisco 3560 POE switch in there to support our wireless WAPs and was wondering if there are switches out there that we can power off the 3560? It would make cabling much cleaner. I have searched the web for the past 4 hours and the closest thing I could find was the 3com IntelliJack or a Linksys POE splitter. Both not quite what I am looking for. Does a product like this even exist?
