browser crash

Faulting application firefox.exe, version 1.8.20060.7278, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0xed6b1177.

I get that error a lot when play games or surf the internet. can someone please tell me what's wrong with it? IE crashes too. thanks

also, my IE does not open when i click on a link, any idea how that can be fixed? it wont open when i click on the Inbox link on my msn messenger either.
