Configure Outlook Web Access (OWA) To Look Like Professional Hosted Exchange Page

I am hosting exchange accounts. When my users go to my URL to access their email:

https://hosted.myexchange.com/exchange

They are merely prompted with a Windows Login window where they enter username and password.

I want to make this more professional looking very much like the link below

https://exchange.1and1.com/

Is this something easy to do? I am assuming some configuration changes in IIS.

What will the Forms Based Authentication option do? Will it create the page that is on the url that i provided earlier (https://exchange.1and1.com)?

Thanks. That worked. One other quick thing. what is the name of the page? I want to edit it so that it does not just say: Domain\Username. I want to customize the message to display "type in your email address"

Thanks.
