Moving printers to another server - minimal user interaction required

I need to move some printers from the current print server to another one on a different subnet.  I have seen this done years ago via s batch file and users had no interaciton and didn't even know it happened.  This is a 2003 active directory site.  The IP addresses are:

current IP for print server: 10.2.100.116
IP to move print server to: 10.2.110.113

i know how to setup a printer on a server and share it and all. It's making this as automated as possible on the user's desktop is what I need help with.

Thanks for any and all help.
