Logging remote access login times

We are starting to have a lot of users working from home ... or so they say they are  ;-)

If my users connect to their office computers using remote desktop, is there a way to determine what time and what days they log on and off?

OK, so some smart users will log on to their computer and go watch tv, so ... is there ALSO a way to automatically disconnect the user if he/she is idle for say, 10 minutes?

Thanks.
