Need Help Setting up an Aircard

I have a laptop and a friend gave me two old AirCard's that he is not using anymore.  One is a Sierra Wireless Aircard 775 (EDGE-GPRS-GSM).  The other is a Sierra Wireless Aircard 580 (Sprint PCS Connection Card).

I have two questions:

#1. What is the difference between the two cards?

#2. How do I go about getting service provided to me through these cards (who do I contact, how much can I expect to spend, etc.)

Should I post this somewhere else in order to get a response?

Thanks Punky, I currently use Time Warner Cable for internet service, but this is for a separate laptop computer.

If you like to use those cards for internet wireless service, so the only way to get them works for you is to order wireless service from vendors I listed above. I dont know if there is other vendor will provide service and must use those cards.

You might be not using them at all.
