Transoft ODBC Error !!
I have some upgrades on a application which actually uses Crystal reports and Transoft for generating reports and also set a different Host Computer for connecting users and application database which actually runs on Unix on a New Server.
Various PC connects to that Server for accessing application and databases.
After installation of new server, i have to change the configuration in Transoft ODBC driver, which actually I have done on various PCs. But there are certains PC where I cant do that and I am getting a following Error Message :
MICROSOFT ODBC ADMINISTRATOR
The setup routines for the Transoft ODBC Driver ODBC driver could not be found. Please reinstall the driver
after pressing enter, following error messages popups
Driver's ConfigDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed (on windows title bar)
Component not found in the registry
If I press OK, nothing happens then.
Please note that I have set PERMISSION under REGISTRY HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR E\(APPLICA TION) - full access for the user and admin
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
