MS ACCESS CONDITIONAL UPDATE

Hello, easy question, but I'm not good at all in MSACCESE Query.
I have a column (text) with max 5 chars. I want to update the column if string length is less then 5 chars.
I.E. if the record is 4567 I want to make it 04567. If it's 3002 I want 03002.
I want to place a 0 behind if string is 4 chars long. What query can I use?

Thx
