SQL diacritics

Is there a way in sql to remove all diacritics of a field in a select statement i.e if the field called Name has diacritics such as Jiménez but I want them all stripped out is there a way to do it at the select name field level? I am able to get Collate Latin1_General_CI_AI to work at the where clause but not at the select statement.

select Name
from SomeFile

Microsoft SQL Server
