Moving share point portal from one server to aonther

Hello,

currently have share point portal running on this one server (2003, and using MSDE).
need to move it to another server that's 2003 and using MSDE and is currently running WSUS.
URL will change to the new server's and that's fine.  But the server that the share point portal will be moving to is also a WSUS server so using port 80 and using MSDE and its service cannot be disrupted.
I'm assuming first need to install share point portal on the new target server and backup the share point database from the current server and restore to the new target server?
What is the recommended way of doing this?  Could you provide a step by step instruction?

Thanks.

Our server is running MSDE.
And the other concern is that the other server that the share point will be moving to is running WSUS w/port 80 so not sure if that'll interfere...

my bad.... it's share point services not share point portal server, didn't know the difference.
