VPN

Hello Experts,

I have a sister company and they what to be able to VPN into their server.  They have only one server running Windows 2003 Premium Edition.  My question is do I have to have two nic cards one for the LAN and one for the VPN?  Or can I use just the one nic that is in the server now?

Thank you.

you can set it up with one nic card, I've done this with several 2003 servers.  But keep in mind there is much more to allowing the VPN connection than just on the server.  It will have to be allowed/configured on your firewall/router as well.
