Coupon cut out look with scissor

We had an old ad in microsoft works and have moved over to microsoft word.  Is there any way to create a text box with the look of cutting out a coupon like it was.  Basically a series of dashes in the shape of a box with a scissor at the top left corner.

Microsoft Word

For a text box, select it, and, from the menu, choose Format/Text Box, Colours and Lines tab. You can choose from the Dashed box in the Line section.

You could do a similar thing to a paragraph via Format/Borders and Shading, Borders tab.

PS you should also set the text box containing the scissors to have no fill, so the dashed line of the other text box can be seen though the white space around the scissors
