Heres the scenario - one domain with a few users in an office across the road . This office is connected via fibre and the logon request comes across the road to our main server. They have an accounts server win2003 in their office. I am feeling the answer is no here but I thought I would ask: can they somehow use their accounts server to authenticate/logon to the network rather than the logon request coming across the fibre to our main server ?<br />

Can you specify what server you want to certain pc's/users to logon/authenticate to?

The Windows operating systems have distinct methodologies for designing and implementing networks, and have specific systems to accomplish various networking processes, such as Exchange for email, Sharepoint for shared files and programs, and IIS for delivery of web pages.
