How to synch the global adressbook from two different Exchange 2003 servers servers belong to two different dommains !

We have an Exchange 2003 organization  (front and back server solution), both our mail servers and the two DC are 2003 servers.
Our company is going to integrate with another company who has their own AD and mail ( exchange 2003 )

The question I have is how to synch our global adressbook into their AD and viceversa ?
I know that Microsoft has a free tool to do that, but I can not find it !

Is there any other solution how I can solve this without to get extra licenses or stuff ?
What I have in mind is some script to just synchronize our domain global list into their AD and viceverse so the exchange servers can get this from respektive GC on respektive domain.
First I have to create a trust between servers and domains but the issue is after that, how can I synch the adressbooks ?
You have to create contacts for the users from the other forest. I don't know if there are any free tools which do that, but I doubt it. You can write a script that does that, but keep in mind that this is not as easy as it might seem, e.g. when it comes to replicate deletions.

An option would be to include a LDAP directory in Outlook and point it to a DC in the other forest, but it's not really what you are asking for and requires some configuration on the clients.
